There is no question we are in a drought crisis here in the South West, but that often leads to another crisis - a mental health crisis.

There are alarming figures surrounding farmer suicide and with the drought, combined with new tax's being introduced to land owners, there is a huge worry about a mental health spike.

Liam has very public about his mental health journey, and in this interview, he talks about his own experiences and discusses ways others, not just farmers, can ensure they look after themselves.
