Liam speaks with Scott Sudale about this weekend's Powerlifting PB day being held at Momentum Fitness.

The idea behind this day is to give those interested in powerlifting the chance to post a personal best score, as they work up to bigger competitions.

It's also a day where anyone can come along to watch it, in fact, the more crowd support the better for the athletes competing.

There will be food available, coffee and a great chance to check out the awesome facilities at Momentum Fitness.
